My detailed reports are printed on-site and typically contain 15-40 pictures and will also include suggestions or recommendations for areas of concern often including maintenance. I typically spend about 45 minutes reviewing the report with you on-site making sure all of your questions are answered. Because I review the report on-site, we can view the actual items in the home if you desire. Your agent will also get a PDF file of the report often before the report review starts. In Cedar Rapids you typically have only 10 business days (2 weeks) to release the home inspection contingency. By having your report printed and reviewed with you on-site, you save days versus other inspectors that mail your report the day after the inspection.
