You may use this form 24 hours a day to request an inspection. Please use the "extra Information" section for information that doesn't fit in the form. For the inspection day(s) and time(s) you may enter a specific day or time, a range of days and times or a "must be done by" date. I will do my best to accomodate your request. Inspections typically take 1.5-2 hours. Report reviews typically take 45-60 minutes.

Filling out this form does not constitute a commitment from you or a guarantee from me that the inspection can be performed on the requested day and time. I will contact you by email, text or phone to confirm your request and the day and time we agree upon. A Closer Look, LLC also accepts Credit Cards. A $15 processing fee will be added to offset the credit card processing fee I will incure. Enjoy a $20 discount when you pay at the inspection.
